Distinctive R&B / Neo-Soul Vocalist | 40M+ Streams
I’m shiv, an Irish-Zimbabwean singer, songwriter and producer working across alternative R&B, soul and electronic music. My voice is warm, soulful and intimate, with a conversational tone and a strong feel for harmony, texture and layered vocals. I’ve released music independently and through Warner Music Ireland, with over 40 million streams across my catalogue, and my vocals have also featured across collaborations, sync and electronic projects. I’m particularly at home with alternative R&B, neo-soul, jazz-influenced music and more left-field productions. As a songwriter and producer myself, I’m comfortable interpreting a brief while bringing my own musicality to melodies, harmonies, ad-libs and vocal arrangements. I can deliver anything from soft, close and understated vocals to fuller soulful performances and intricate stacks.
